Sign up for Descript, log in, and start a new project. Once you're in, click on "New Project" to begin. This will be your workspace for combining GIFs. You can drag and drop your GIF files directly into the project or use the import feature to get started.

Drag and drop your GIF(s) into the project window. To add clips to an existing project, simply drag them into the active window. Reorder clips by cutting and pasting parts of the transcript or add a forward slash '/' to create scenes, which you can rearrange on the left.

Once your clips are arranged, click "Publish" and navigate to the "Export" tab. Here, you can configure your export settings to your preference. After finalizing the settings, click "Export" to download and save your combined video to your desired location.
