Sign up for Descript, log in, and start a new project. Simply drag and drop your music file into the project window. Descript will automatically transcribe the audio, making it easy to navigate and edit your music tracks.

Once transcription is complete, click on "Show Timeline" in the bottom left. Select the "Blade" tool to split your scene at the desired points. Then, use the "Select" tool to highlight your newly split scene for further editing or adjustments.

When ready to export, click "Publish" and navigate to the "Export" tab. Change the export option from "Current composition" to "Current selection" and repeat this for any additional scenes. Ensure the exported file contains only the spliced scenes you want to keep.
