Sign up for Descript and log in to your account. Start a new project and simply drag and drop your WAV file into the project window. Descript will automatically transcribe the audio, making it easy to navigate and edit your file.

Once transcription is complete, click on "Show Timeline" in the bottom left. Select the "Blade" tool to split your scene, then use the "Select" tool to highlight your newly split scene. This allows you to easily manage and edit specific sections of your WAV file.
