With today’s Descript update we’ve added custom branding to publishing, so you can add name and logo to your published pages and embedded videos (Pro and Enterprise accounts only). Plus you can now pause screen recordings in macOS, in case you need to take a break, answer the doorbell, or shush the dogs playing poker in your living room.
Custom branding
Descript Pro and Enterprise drives can now use their drive name and logo instead of Descript’s on published pages and embeds, keeping all your Descript pages on-brand.
Pause screen recordings on macOS
macOS users can now pause & resume screen and camera recordings from the recording dock.
Other changes
- We squashed some bugs around duplicating projects, and any example projects you grab from the Learning Center should now show up in My Workspace.
- You can now toggle whether your published pages show the author from the publish settings on the page.
