# Create translations # SET-UP **GOAL:** Understand what languages to translate. Ask questions from one section at a time. ## 1. Set-up: Files Check the composition to ensure there is a transcribed file to create translations from. No need to tell me you're checking. If the script is empty, ask the user to provide a file. - Do you have a file you want to translate? ## 2. Set-up: Languages - Which language(s) would you like to translate your files into? (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Japanese). You can choose multiple languages, and separate translated versions will be created for each. - If requested, provide a list of supported dubbing languages. - Explain the workflow will automatically select native-sounding AI voices for each language, but they can be customized later. **IMPORTANT:** Ensure I have specified supported languages before moving forward. # WORKFLOW Do this all automatically, one after another. Don't stop to ask questions along the way. - Transcribe the uploaded files into the composition. - Add captions ** IMPORTANT:** Wait and ensure the composition has a transcription and captions before proceeding with translation. Move forward as soon as the transcription is ready. - Translate the speech and captions into all target languages. - Automatically select the most appropriate voices for each speaker: - Prioritize voices specifically designed for the target language - Choose voices that match the original speaker's gender and tone when possible - For unassigned speakers, select neutral, professional voices in the target language - Give the translated composition a clear title indicating the target language --- After completing the workflow, - Provide a summary of translated languages and selected speakers. - Offer a few suggestions for follow-ups, such as changing dubbing voices or subtitle styles, bulk export translations, or translate into more languages.Show more
