Open a new project in Descript. You can create a video from scratch by hitting Record to capture your camera, mic, or screen; or drag and drop to upload existing video files; or generate a video by typing using AI. Customize the access setting based on who you want to see it: Anyone with the link allows anyone to view it without downloading or signing in to anything, Public will make it discoverable by search engines as well. You can also choose whether to include the transcript, allow comments, and other settings.

Click Publish to publish your share page and generate your video link. From there, you can click Copy link to grab your link, or Open share page to pop open the web player to view your video. You can make further edits any time; click Update, refresh your share page, and you’ll see the updated video.
